How much does a Range Rover replacement key cost?
It depends on your exact model, year and whether you’ve lost all keys or still have one. We quote each job individually so you only pay for what you need. Call us with your registration and location for an accurate price.
I’ve only got one key to my Range Rover Sport – do I need to take it to the dealer?
No. You don’t have to go to the main dealer. We can program replacement Range Rover keys via a fully mobile service – we come to you and supply a spare key on your driveway.
I’ve lost all the keys to my Range Rover – do I need a new BCM or KVM?
Not always. In most cases you don’t automatically need new modules. We can replace around 90% of keys using BCM & KVM replacement solutions. Give us a shout with your vehicle details and we’ll tell you whether new parts are actually needed.
How do I change the battery in my Range Rover key?

How do I unlock my door when my Range Rover battery is flat?
You can use the emergency key blade hidden inside your remote and the lock in the door handle. We’ll be adding a full video guide here soon – if you’re stuck right now, call us and we’ll talk you through it.
My Range Rover says “Key not found” after changing the battery – what should I try?
First, double-check the new battery is the correct type and fitted the right way round. Remove and refit it to make sure it’s seated properly. If your model has a backup key position (often in the centre console or by the steering column), hold the key there and try starting the vehicle. If it still says “Key not found”, give us a call.
Someone’s stolen my keys to my Range Rover – can they still start my car?
Yes – if the stolen key is still programmed to the vehicle, it will usually still start it. We strongly recommend getting the stolen keys deleted from the system and new keys programmed. Our technicians can visit you, supply new keys and remove the stolen ones from the vehicle’s memory.
I’ve locked the keys in my Range Rover – can you retrieve them without damage?
In the vast majority of cases, yes. We use specialist non-destructive entry tools designed for modern Range Rover locks, so we can usually get your keys out without damaging the door, glass or paintwork.
